6 The UOCL Machine
Effective identification by assimilation, probing, and repair
ORACLE states a semantic problem: identify an unknown compositional world from a presentation, up to the equivalence respected by an admissible query language. It does not yet say how a learner computes its next hypothesis, chooses an informative interaction, or repairs a declaration that no longer fits the evidence. Universal Online Categorical Learning (UOCL) supplies this missing algorithmic layer.
The semantic-to-algorithmic inclusion is strict in intent:

An ORACLE section can exist without an effective procedure for constructing it. A UOCL learner realizes such a section by computable or otherwise specified update, probe, and repair rules. Tangent UOCL and UODL then form two independent enrichments: one learns infinitesimal variation, while the other adds consequential action. Their intersection supports DIAL.
