4.9 Piagetian construction of a compositional world

Core knowledge constrains the first hypotheses; Piagetian learning describes how those hypotheses change. ORACLE needs both. A fixed Spelke sketch without developmental dynamics becomes an inflexible ontology. Accommodation without a structured prior becomes unrestricted model replacement. The combined theory asks how a learner extends, repairs, and occasionally revises a core-structured world while retaining what earlier interaction has genuinely established.
