10.2 LINCS discipline

LINCS adds a declaration-and-repair discipline. In the present setting it requires at least four typed blocks:

Evidence variations and mechanism variations must not be pooled before diagnosis. A tangent comparison is meaningful only when both routes have the same base point and type. A structural residual can localize a failure, but does not by itself establish a causal intervention or admit a repair.
