GLP1–GRANT–3 represents every resolution procedure by a typed operator. Each of the twenty-one open protocol commitments named a registered operation—such as power analysis, endpoint alignment, site-capacity assessment, supply confirmation, or regulatory review—together with finite symbolic inputs, a pending status, a null numerical payload, and the human authority responsible for resolving it. The language model could therefore propose which kind of work remained without silently performing that work or inventing its result. Admission remains relative to the declared theory. A retrospective scientific audit noted that exposure history itself is observed rather than randomized; holding current treatment fixed removes one confound but does not by itself identify the causal effect of prior exposure. The program also called itself the first prospective test without support from a literature-wide novelty review. A complete artifact language therefore needs typed identification assumptions, source-scoped novelty claims, and checks that narrative sentences are entailed by the causal contract. Human scientific and peer review remain admission authorities rather than implementation details.
