17.12 Admission beyond the corpus

Text can support provenance and consistency checks. Causal identification and claims about biological mechanisms require experimental or clinical evidence that may lie outside the closed corpus.

This limitation produces a two-stage admission design. Corpus-relative admission can certify provenance, extraction reproducibility, compatibility under the registered observers, and performance on locked documentary consequences. Scientific admission requires locked experimental, clinical, or simulator evidence appropriate to the claim. If that evidence is unavailable, AGENTIC must terminate with a proposed theory and experiment rather than manufacture closure.
