19.8 The admission firewall

The proposed extension \((i,c,m^+)\) is admitted only through independent criteria. Seven obligations are especially important.

Conservativity.

Restriction to the old sketch recovers the previously admitted theory to the declared tolerance.

Irreducibility.

The proposed generator is not adequately expressible as a composition of existing generators under the registered equivalence.

Coherence.

The enlarged sketch has a consistent realization and its new equations commute where promised.

Productivity.

The extension generates a diverse family of works rather than memorizing one anomalous image.

Persistence.

The residual and its repair survive changes of subject, prompt, seed, scale, and admissible observer.

Teachability.

A fresh interpreter can learn, execute, and evaluate the new operation from its finite declaration and examples.

Critical value.

Independent human assessors judge the family meaningful or valuable relative to a declared artistic context. Carefully separated automated observers may report registered proxies, but do not become aesthetic judges merely by producing a score.

The first six criteria can be operationalized structurally. Critical value is less reducible to a universal automatic test and must retain provenance and plurality of judgment. A new artistic language may be coherent and productive without being valued by every community; DILATE should report that distinction rather than hide it inside one scalar loss.
