9.11 Certificates and provenance

Every admitted repair should emit a compact certificate:

1. the sketch and version of its declarations;

2. the presentation quotient and tangent site;

3. the localized obstruction witnesses;

4. the repair-language element that was proposed;

5. the before-and-after profile on validation support;

6. uncertainty, invariants, and rejected alternatives; and

7. the admission decision with its thresholds.

The certificate is especially important when LINCS changes more than parameters. It allows a reviewer to distinguish a structural edit from an optimization step and to reconstruct why the system considered the change licensed.
