12.9 Admission contract

A LINCS–KET repair is licensed only when the direct and structured routes are nonvacuous, tangent residuals pass an independent numerical check, fixed held-out probes improve blockwise, predictive semantics remain within their registered cap, and the final claim matches the task scale. A structural pass does not imply a general KET advantage or improved language modeling.
