21.6 Certificates and reproducibility

The output of a LINCS system is not only a repaired model. It is a replayable certificate containing the declaration, probes, quotient decisions, localization witnesses, proposed repair, admission results, residual obstructions, and abstention reason when applicable.

This certificate is the common interface across all nine applications. It also supplies the natural bridge from research prototypes to scientific and operational audit. It records not only what changed, but at which structural level the change occurred and which invariants were claimed to survive.
